受各方面因素影响,藏族大学生在“自主创新”学习方面表现较弱,不适合目前所倡导的完全自主式的学习培养模式。根据藏族大学生特点,提出了“压力-和谐”模式下的“自主创新”学习,并对此进行了研究和探讨。
Affected by various factors, Tibetan college students in the "independent and innovative learning" performance is weak, and not suitable for the model of autonomy learning mode advocated currently. So according to the characteristics of Tibetan college students, we put forward the independent innovation learning methods under the pressure-harmony mode.
