养老保险体系对财政政策的代际平衡状况有重要影响．如果在2008年开始对机关和事业单位的养老保险体系进行改革，我国财政政策的代际不平衡状况会得到改善，代际不平衡百分比会下降9．4个百分点；而如果在2010年对机关和事业单位的养老保险进行改革，并且将男性的退休年龄推迟至64岁，女性统一推迟到58岁，财政政策基本就能实现代际平衡。
英文摘要：
Pension system is an important factor affecting generational balance of current fiscal policy. Generational imbalance can be decreased 9.4 percentages by pension reform of state organs and institutions in 2008. The generational balance cottld come to reality if state organs and institutions begin its the pension system reform in 2010, and the retirement age was postponed ,say to 64 for males and 58 for females.
