铁皮石斛是我国珍贵的中药材,其野生资源因过度采挖已濒临枯竭,所以其系列栽培模式也随之应运而生,铁皮石斛活树附生原生态栽培模式便是其中之一。为了选择出适合铁皮石斛附生的树种及其上树后的生长基质,从而为铁皮石斛的繁育与栽培提供技术参考,以枫香、杉木、樟树、马尾松作为铁皮石斛附生树种,以草绳、草绳+水苔、木屑、混合基质作为铁皮石斛幼苗上树后的生长基质,就不同附生树种和生长基质对铁皮石斛幼苗上树后不同生长时期的株高、地径、节数等生长量的影响情况进行了试验、观测与分析。研究结果表明:4种附生树种均可作为铁皮石斛的附生树种,其中,杉木和枫香上面附生的铁皮石斛的长势均相对较好;混合基质能促使附生在马尾松树上的铁皮石斛快速地生长。
Dendrobium ofifcinale is precious Chinese herbal medicines, because of overexploitation of its wild resources, it has been on the verge of exhaustion, and then a series of cultivation mode emerged as the times require, the original ecological cultivation mode ofD. officinale live epiphytic is the one of them. In order to select a suitable epiphytic tree species ofD. ofifcinaleand growth substrates, and provide a technical reference for breeding and cultivation ofD. ofifcinale, takingLiquidambar formosana,Cunninghamia lanceolata,Cinnamomum camphora, andPinus massoniana as epiphytic tree species ofD. ofifcinale and taking straw rope, straw rope + sphagnum, sawdust, mixed substrates as growth substrates ofD. officinale seedlings in trees, effects of epiphytic tree species and substrates on plant height, ground diameter, and node number ofD. ofifcinaleseedlings were test, observed and analyzed. The results showed that the four epiphytic tree species could be as epiphytic species ofD. ofifcinale. Among them, growth status ofD. ofifcinale inCunninghamia lanceolata andL. formosanawas relatively better, and mixed substrates could promote rapid growth ofD. ofifcinale inP. massoniana.
