武功山山地草甸不同海拔土壤氮素分布及其与土壤物理性质的关系

以江西省武功山山地草甸为研究对象,分析不同海拔高度(1 600-1 900 m)和不同土壤深度(0-20cm和20-40 cm)条件下,土壤全氮、碱解氮、有机质和p H的分布,以及土壤理化性质的相关性。研究结果表明:(1)武功山山地草甸土壤氮素含量呈“W”型分布趋势,全氮含量、碱解氮和有机质含量的变异范围分别为1.81-9.34 g/kg、100.88-592.37 mg/kg和48.89-200.01 g/kg;土壤全氮、碱解氮和有机质三者之间呈极显著相关性;(2)武功山山地草甸在0-20 cm的上层土中对全氮、碱解氮和有机质均有一定影响,且上层土壤中的氮素和有机质水平均优于下层;(3)在高海拔(1 900 m)和低海拔(1 600 m)处,人为干扰较大,导致土壤容重减少,总孔隙度增大,质量含水量减少;(4)各理化性质之间:土壤总孔隙度与碱解氮、密度呈极显著正相关;总孔隙度与全氮、质量含水量呈显著正相关。研究揭示了武功山山地草甸土壤氮素分布格局和土壤理化性质之间的相关性,同时也为退化草甸恢复治理提供理论参考和科学依据。

英文摘要:

Nitrogen is a necessary nutrient elements for plant growth and development,mountain meadow of Wugong Mountain in Jiangxi province as the research object,analyzing different altitude (1 600-1 900 m) and different soil depth (0-20 cm and 20-40 cm) conditions, soil total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen, organic matter and pH worth distribution, as well as the correlation of soil physical and chemical properties. The results show that: (1) mountain meadow of Wugong Mountain soil nitrogen content showed a trend of “W” type distribution and total nitrogen content, alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen and organic matter content range of variation were 1.81 9.34 g/kg, 100.88 to 592.37 mg/kg and 48.89 to 200.01 g/kg; Soil total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen and organic matter were extremely significant correlation between the three; (2) mountain meadow of Wugong Mountain in 0-20 cm in upper soil total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen and organic matter all have certain influence, and the upper level of nitrogen and organic matter in the soil were better than the lower layer; (3) at high altitude (1900 m) and low altitude (1600 m), human disturbance is larger, decrease soil bulk density, total porosity increased, the quality of water content decrease; (4) between the physical and chemical properties, soil total porosity and alkali-hydrolyzale nitrogen were very significant positive correlation, density; total porosity and the total nitrogen and water content was significantly positively related to quality. Research reveals mountain meadow of Wugong Mountain soil nitrogen distribution pattern and the correlation between soil physical and chemical properties, as well as degradation of meadow restoration to provide theoretical references and scientific basis.
