黄芪归经的实验研究

中文摘要:

观察黄芪水煎剂对小鼠脏器内MDA、SOD和NO含量的影响,研究中药归经与靶向作用的相关性,指导临床用药。将80只小鼠随机分成4组(对照组、模型组、模型加黄芪组、黄芪组),每组20只。模型组、模型加黄芪组从第1天起到第12天,每天下午给予大黄煎剂(0.2ml/10g)灌胃;对照组和黄芪组生理盐水(0.2ml/10g)灌胃。从第13天起到第21天,对照组、模型组每天下午给予生理盐水(0.2ml/10g)灌胃;模型加黄芪组和黄芪组每天下午给黄芪煎剂((0.2ml/10g)灌胃。第22天清晨断头处死动物,取动物脑、心、肺、肝、脾、胃、肾、小肠9种脏器组织分别制成组织匀浆,检测其MDA、SOD和NO的含量。结果显示:黄芪水煎剂对正常小鼠和脾虚模型小鼠脏器组织的MDA、SOD、NO含量影响均具有一定的选择性。这种选择性与中医归经理论具有相当的一致性。

英文摘要:

Objective Observe the different that content of MDA, SOD and NO in the internal organs of the Mice is effected by the water-decoction of Astragalus, Study the relevance of Channel Tropism Theory and Its Targeting Effect. Methods 80 Mice was average divided 4 group(contrast group, modelgroup, model add Astragalus group, Astragalus group,).From first to twelfth day, Mice of Model group and model add traditional Chinese medicine group was took the Processed-rhubarb(0.2m1/lOg); Mice of contrast group and taken traditional Chinese medicine group was took the physiology saline. From thirteenth to twenty-first day, Mice of contrast group and model group was took the physiology saline(0.2m1/10g); Mice of model add traditional Chinese medicine group and taken traditional Chinese medicine group was took the water-decoction of traditional Chinese medicine(0.2m1/10g). It happened morning of twenty-second day, that Mice was killed. After, Content of MDA, SOD and NO in the internal organs of the Mice was surveyed. Results The different of content of MDA, SOD and NO in the internal organs of the Mice is effected by the water-decoction of Astragalus had there levance. Conclusion Selection of the different of antioxidant'ability to the internal organs of the Mice and Channel Tropism Theory of the Astragalus had the relevance.
