The professional development of college teachers constantly evolves and differentiates with the change of collegesp functions. Teachers, once scholars pursuit of profound knowledge, have become researchers, educators, and servants. Because of their weak histories and contemporary mission to serve the regional economic and social development, local universities demand the transformation of their teachersr professional development from the management orientation into teachersI independent development orientation, which sets a platform for new teachers to independently develop their own teaching abilities, research abilities and service abilities.
