本科生导师制在我国高校的建立体现了高等教育大众化背景下的制度创新,但在实施过程中还面临着师生比例失调、有效的导师资源稀缺、缺乏监督和激励机制等诸多困境。因此,需要建立完善的规章制度、实现师资力量的高素质化和构建和谐的师生关系,以便为本科生导师制的发展提供有力保障。
Undergraduate tutorial system is a system innovation under the circumstance of popularity of higher education. For the difflculties of imbalance ratio, lack of qualified tutorial resources and the imperfection of assessment and incentive mechanism, this article proposes some perfection strategy such as scientific assessment of management systems and implementation of appropriate incentives, high-quality faculty and harmonious relation between teachers and students.
