The mechanism of gear noise was explained in this paper.According to gear design and manufacturing process,the effect factors of gear noise was analyzed specifically,and the corresponding control measures was put forward.To control the gear noise,it should be determined reasonably that the structural parameters and manufacturing precision in the design and manufacture stage,and conducted in accordance with the actual utilization.
