As the first region undertaking industry transfer as its development theme in our country, ＂Wanjiang demonstra- tion area＂ is no doubt a major strategic initiative of ＂Central Region Rising Strategy＂ of the Party and the country. To truly become the model of undertaking industry transfer in China, it is necessary to explore and learn lessons from the successful experience of ＂Yangtze River Delta＂ , especially its governance experience. The paper describes the great achievement of ＂Yangtze River Delta＂ undertaking industry transfer, analyses specific ways of ＂Yangtze River Delta＂ governance mode, and discusses the revelation to Wanjiang demonstration area.
