探讨个人一组织价值观契合对员工的工作满意度产生影响的作用机制,即价值观契合是否会通过需求契合的中介作用对员工的工作满意度产生影响。采用层次回归的方法分析了价值观契合、工作满意度以及需求契合的关系,研究的样本包括833名企业员工。结果表明,价值观契合对需求契合存在潜在的预测作用,价值观契合通过需求契合作为中介变量对员工的工作满意度有显著的影响作用。最后,对研究的理论和实践意义作了探讨。
A questionnaire including individual-organization value fit scale, need-supply fit scale, and job satisfaction scale was employed as a tool in this study. Total 833 samples were collected from over 20 Chinese organizations. The result indicated that the value fit had a potential prediction to the need-supply fit, and the need-supply fit mediated the relationship between value congruence and employees' job satisfaction. The primary theoretical and practical contribution of this study is also mentioned.
