本研究旨在考察影响高校教师工作绩效的因素。采用自编的高校教师工作绩效问卷、教师职业价值观问卷和高校教师公平感问卷,通过对华中科技大学240名教师的调查发现,教师的人际关系促进绩效和教学工作绩效较高,但是,教师自评的奉献精神绩效较低;教师对年度绩效考核的无所谓态度、教师职业价值观之社会价值感这两个因素均进入了教师工作绩效的回归方程。调查还发现,在人际关系促进绩效上女教师的分数高于男教师,在奉献精神绩效上具有高级职称教师的分数高于具有中级职称教师的分数;在教学工作绩效上,教师的性别与学科、教师的职称与学科之间存在交互作用。
This research aims at investigating the influential factors of college teachers' job performance. Three self-made questionnaires, namely the job performance questionnaire, the occupational values questionnaire and the justice perception questionnaire were used to investigate 240 teachers in HUST. The result found that the scores of promotion performance of interpersonal relation and teaching job performance are relatively high while the scores of self-evaluated sacrificing spirit of college teachers are low. Teachers' indifferent attitude to the annual performances evaluation and teachers' sense of social values on their vocational values have entered into the regression equation of their job performances. It also showed that female teachers' scores are higher than that of male teachers in the aspect of interpersonal relationship promotion and the scores of teachers with high professional titles are higher than those with medium professional titles in the aspect of devotion spirit, and as for the teaching job performance, gender and professional titles have interaction relationship with the disciplines.
