The phyletic evolution of living systems is a process of continually increasing subjectivity. Body - consciousness, unconsciousness and consciousness influence the mind on different levels of living systems. Neurophenomenology ： An Approach in Philosophy of Cognitive Science for Integrating Brain and Conscious Experience, a new book of Dr. Chen Wei, regards consciousness as its most important re- search object in ＂life -mind continuity＂, and attempts to connect phenomenology and cognitive neuro- science by integrating first -person method and third -person method. This work gives an abundant en- lightenment to subjectivity research in the aspect of systems science, but it should pay more attention to unconsciousness and body- consciousness.
