The calculus of time scales not only unifies the continuous and the discrete in one mathematical form, but also includes more situations. Utilizing the theory of time scale and its extensive application, here by using the method of Lyapunov function, some criteria of stability under the structural perturbation for dynamic equations on time scales are analyzed and established.
