采用复合稀土Sc2O3和La2O3掺杂制备氧化锌压敏瓷,通过扫描电镜和X线衍射对其显微组织和相成分进行分析,探讨复合稀土Sc2O3和La2O3掺杂对氧化锌压敏瓷电性能和显微组织的影响机理。研究结果表明:复合稀土掺杂可提高压敏瓷的综合性能,复合稀土掺杂对压敏瓷电性能的影响规律仍遵循单一稀土掺杂对压敏瓷电性能的影响规律;Sc2O3和La2O3复合稀土掺杂ZnO-Bi2O3压敏瓷,在相同的Sc2O3掺杂比例下,随La2O3掺杂量的增加,电位梯度增加;在相同的La2O3掺杂比例下,随Sc2O3掺杂量的增加,非线性系数增加;当掺杂0.12%(摩尔分数)Sc2O3,0.12%La2O3时,复合稀土掺杂氧化锌压敏瓷的电性能达到最优,电位梯度为325 V/mm,非线性系数为34.8,漏电流为0.19μA。
Mixed rare earth lanthanum and scandium doped ZnO-Bi2O3-based(ZBLS) varistor ceramics were prepared by a solid reaction route,and its electrical properties and microstructure were studied.The results show that the ZBLS-based varistor ceramics and its electrical properties are consistent with the single rare earth doped varistor ceramics.And the mixed rare earth lanthanum and scandium can improve the electrical properties of varistor ceramics remarkably,compared with a single rare earth doped.The voltage gradient of the varistor ceramics is increased with the increase of addition of La2O3 and the fixed content of Sc2O3.The nonlinear coefficient of the varistor ceramics is also increased through increasing Sc2O3 but with a same content of La2O3.ZBLS-based varistor ceramics exhibit comparatively ideal comprehensive electrical properties with addition of 0.12% Sc2O3 and 0.12 % La2O3.Its threshold voltage is 325 V/mm,the nonlinear coefficient is 34.8 and the leakage current is 0.19 μA.
