游客满意度的测量应从其与形成机理和行为结果变量关系上开展。开放式景区和封闭式景区的游客群体存在差异,二者的游客满意认知也不尽相同。封闭式景区的游客更加重视景区各方面的综合质量,期待获得更加物有所值的旅游体验并更期望景区符合其预期设想。而开放式景区中,游客对景观感知的评判并不亚于封闭式景区,在忠诚度和旅游形象的认知与封闭式景区无显著差异。管理者应尊重并理解两类景区的旅游需求,在产品和供给方面进行差异化和适应性的调整。
The measurement to tourist satisfaction should be taken from its correlative variable formation mechanism and behavioral outcome. This paper examines the difference of tourist satisfaction between Open-ended and Closed-off tourist attraction based on the structural equation model( SEM). The tourists in Closed-off one pay more attention to the most quality perception dimensions,and care about the cost-effective tourism experience and tend to the satisfaction as expected.However,the tourists in Open-ended one,the tourists hardly neglect the perception on landscape or pay less attention to tourism loyalty or tourism image. Finally,it concludes by proposing actions and policies that could be incorporated in management strategies in order to adjust their product and service differently and correspondingly.
