目的研究Ostwald-Freundlich方程提出的粒径与溶解度的关系。方法采用稀释溶解法测定以"bottom-up"方法所得辅酶Q10(coenzyme Q10,CoQ10)球形纳米裸晶在不同溶剂系统中的溶解度。结果原料药(约30μm)与不同粒径(85.1、77.4、58.9 nm)CoQ10纳米裸晶在4种醇-水系统中的平衡溶解度分别为0.82-0.88、4.40-4.74、16.70-17.43、31.75-33.04 mg.L-1。结论纳米裸晶的平衡溶解度与粒径无关。
Objective To study the relationship between particle size and solubility based on the Ostwald-Freundlich equation.Methods The dilution-dissolution method was used to determine the solubility of naked and spherical coenzyme Q10 nanocrystals prepared by a "bottom-up" approach.Results The equilibrium solubilities of the bulk drug(about 30 μm)and different nanocrystals(with particle sizes of 85.1,77.4,58.9 nm)in four kinds of ethanol-water solutions with various ethanol concentrations were 0.82-0.88,4.40-4.74,16.70-17.43,31.75-33.04 mg·L-1,respectively.Conclusions The equilibrium solubility is not related to the particle size.
