目的讨论纳米多孔羟基磷灰石的制备方法和在药物载体方面的研究进展。方法查阅相关的外文文献27篇,报道了国内外的最新研究进展,并根据羟基磷灰石的制备方法和载药性质进行分类综述。结果指出了纳米多孔羟基磷灰石作为药物载体的主要发展趋势。结论纳米多孔羟基磷灰石具有良好的组织相容性,比表面积大,吸附能力强,非常适合作为新型的药物载体,并将在作为生物大分子和难溶性药物载体方面有非常重要的应用。
Objective To summarize the recent preparation method and the pace of progress in the nanoporous hydroxyapatite as drug carries.Methods Based on relevant literatures,the latest researches are reported.The preparation method and properties as carries were reviewed,respectively.Results The main development tendency of nanoporous hydroxyapatite as drug carries was pointed out.Conclusions Nanoporous hydroxyapatite with various morphologies and surface properties have also been extensively applied as drug carriers of a variety of pharmaceutical molecules especially for biomacromolecules and insoluble drug because of their excellent biocompatibility,nontoxicity,large specific surface area and expected high capacity.
