采集药用植物标本是第四次全国中药资源普查的重要任务之一，其中，标本的质量优劣是影响药用植物类群准确鉴定的关键因素，也是教学、科研和学术交流不可替代的实物资料。本文阐述了标本采集对象的选择，并就生态、物候对药用植物标本采集的影响和腊叶标本采集的数量进了探讨。
英文摘要：
Medicinal plants sample is one of the important tasks in the fourth national Chinese Materia Medica Resources survey, and also an irreplaceable physical in teaching, scientific research and academic communication. The quality of Specimen affects the accurate identification of medicinal plant taxa. The chosen of Specimen object, the influence of the ecology and phenology, and the number of Specimen collection were discussed in this paper.
