In the fifth meeting of the sixteenth National People＇s Congress of the Party, the strategic task of constructing socialism new countryside was put forward. On the experience of new countryside construction in Korean, Japan and Taiwan district, several critical relationships are required to be well dealt with, including the relationship between government＇s leading role and farmers＇ main body role, the relationship among modern agricultural construction, environment protection and urban development, the practical relationship between the ideal scale model of cultivated land management and the difficulty in land concentration, the relationship between small-scale individual fanning economy and cooperative economy, and the relationship between strengthening agricultural investment and defining the stress of investment portion. The proper handling of these relationships will promote the process of constructing the socialism new countryside.
