目的建立一套科学、客观、全面的急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价标准。方法在单病种质量管理和临床路径理论的指导下,利用质性研究法及专家小组讨论和德尔斐专家咨询法,确立各级指标内涵、评价方法及其权重,建立急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价标准。结果构建了一套包含急诊室和住院病房两部分内容的2项Ⅰ级指标、5项Ⅱ级指标、25项Ⅲ级指标的浙江省急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价标准。结论急性心肌梗死单病种护理质量评价标准能为单病种护理质量评价工作提供理论基础和范式。
英文摘要：
Objective To establish a scientific,objective and complete evaluation standard of nursing quality for single disease of acute myocardial infarction.Method Establish the evaluation standard of nursing quality for single disease of acute myocardial infarction through determine the intension of all indexes,evaluation methods and its weight by qualitative research,group discussion and Delphi consulting method under the guidance of single disease quality management and clinical pathway theory.Result Evaluation standard of nursing quality for single disease of acute myocardial infarction including 2 grade one indexes,5grade two indexes and 25grade three indexes on emergency room and inpatient ward is established. Conclusion Evaluation standard of nursing quality for single disease of acute myocardial infarction can provide nursing quality evaluation with theoretical basis and example.
