高校肩负着宣传马列主义,培养社会主义事业建设者与接班人的重要使命.新形势下,加强高校党建工作,有利于坚持社会主义的办学方向,有利于把握意识形态工作的领导权,有利于发挥党组织在各项工作中的引领作用.然而,现阶段高校学生党建工作存在着党员素质不高、监督评价不科学、活动经费短缺与文化建设薄弱等问题.针对高校学生党建工作的发展现状,应切实转变工作模式,提升党员素质,端正思想意识,完善考核制度,加强文化建设,充分发挥党组织在高校中的先锋模范作用.
The general objective for university teacher’s ethic construction is to cultivate“four haves”good teachers. That is to cultivate teachers who have ideals and faith;teachers who have moral sentiments;teachers who have solid knowledge;teachers who have caring hearts. However, partial university teacher’s ethic construction appears to be“weakening”. In terms of teachers, the main performances are that their cognition to the career is vague;teacher’s ethic cultivation lacks introspection and peer coaching;its moral character level is subject to the factors like working conditions and material amenities. In terms of universities, the main performances are that teacher’s ethic system is not sound;the construction lacks joint efforts;the supervision lacks efficient methods;the evaluation is powerless;the training lacks effectiveness;its ethic education lacks effective carriers. Therefore, the university teacher’s ethic construction should be reinforced in the following six aspects:first, improve the construction system;second, innovate the education carriers;third, integrate the construction forces;fourth, increase the effect of its evaluation;fifth, strengthen the systematization of its education;sixth, broaden its education approaches.
