以履带板用钢ZG31Mn2SiREB为研究对象,在880℃正常淬火前分别对其进行了1050℃一次正火和1050℃/900℃双重正火预处理,研究了不同预处理工艺对其淬火组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,ZG31Mn2SiREB钢铸态组织粗大不均,直接淬火后组织及显微硬度分布极不均匀,冲击功较低,一次正火后组织及性能有所改善,而双重正火后的组织均匀细小,显微硬度分布更为均匀,冲击功明显提高。
Per-heat treatment experiments including normalizing at 1050 ℃ and double normalizing at 1050 ℃/900 ℃ were carried out on ZG31Mn2SiREB steel for track plate.The effect of pre-heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of quenched ZG31Mn2SiREB steel was investigated.The results show that the as-cast microstructure of ZG31Mn2SiREB steel is coarse and uneven,its microhardness distribution after direct quenching is extremely uneven,and the impact energy is low,the microstructure and mechanical properties of ZG31Mn2SiREB steel are improved by single normalizing,especially by double normalizing,the microstructure is fine,the microhardness distribution is even and the impact energy is enhanced greatly.
