以冬虫夏草生药为对照样品,对蝙蝠蛾拟青霉、蝉拟青霉、古尼拟青霉和细脚拟青霉4种虫草无性型菌株深层发酵菌丝体中的主要有效成分进行了分析,并发现4种样品中细脚拟青霉菌丝体中的甘露醇和氨基酸总含量最高,分别为9.12%和36.44%;古尼拟青霉菌丝体中的多糖含量最高,为10.14%;4种拟青霉菌丝体中均含有丰富的Zn、Fe、Ca等重要的微量元素;古尼拟青霉菌丝体中腺苷的含量最高,达1.97mg/g.分析结果表明此4种拟青霉菌株菌丝体中均含有丰富的活性成分,具有良好的开发利用前景.
This paper gives an analysis of the effective components in the fermentation mycelia of the four anamorphic strains of Cordyceps. The results show that the content of mannitol and amino acids in the fermentation mycelia of Paecilomyces tenuipes is higher than those of the other samples, being 9. 12% and 36. 44% respectively. The content of polysaccharide of Paecilomyces gunnii is higher than those of the other samples, the content being 10. 14 %. The four samples are also rich in some trace elements such as Zn, Fe, Ca, etc.. The results also show that the content of adenosine in the mycelia of Paecilomyces gunni is the highest in the four samples. All data demonstrates that the four anamorphic strains of Cordyceps are rich in effective components, which indicates a promising prospect of utilization.
