英文摘要：

Quadrangular chain is a connected graph consisting of several unit square sequences, of which any two adjacent squares have only one cut edge. This paper presents the Hosoya index and its computational formula of Quadrangular chains made up by n unit square sequences under two non-isomorphic connected positions.
