钛铁品位检测效率的高低是关系钛精矿、铁精矿生产规模化的关键问题。鉴于能量色散X荧光分析(EDXRF)技术的非破坏性、多元素快速分析等优势,开发了钛铁品位在线自动分析系统,该系统采用238Pu作为X射线激发源,利用正比计数器进行探测,并针对选矿厂电法选出的矿物种类的特殊性,建立了特有的系统工作曲线。经801次取样测试,该系统作业率为95.38%,对钛品位分析绝对误差小于0.5%的合格率为95.15%。整个分析过程仅需5min,实现了对生产过程的实时监测,满足了钛铁精矿品位在线质量控制的需求。
The efficiency of titanium and iron contents analysis is the key to the productivity of titanium and iron ore concentrate.Since energy dispersive X-ray fluorescence technique has advantages of non-destructive,multi-elemental fast analysis etc.,an on-line automatic Ti Fe grade analysis system based on this technique was developed,which consists of a 238Pu source and a proportional counter.A working curve was established to determine the contents of Fe and Ti in given types of ore concentrates from electrical separation process.A total of 801 tests were carried.The results show that the work rate of this system is 95.38%,and the passing rate is 95.15% when absolute error for total-Ti is less than 0.5%.The system is able to complete an analytical process within 5 minutes,basically satisfying the requirement of real-time monitoring.It is a reliable method for on-line quality control in the production process of titanium and iron ore concentrates.
