依据基本参数法(FP法)无标样分析原理建立了数理模型,计算得到了模型中质量吸收系数(μ)、激发因子(E)等关键参数,并将其应用于能量色散x荧光(EDXRF)分析。实验中,对v—n—Fe伪三元系样品利用基于硅漂移探测器(SDD)的EDXRF测量系统(SDD—EDXRF)进行能谱测量,采用自行开发的FP法无标样分析程序,分析得到了三元系混合样品中各元素的含量。结果表明该无标样数理模型能较好地克服V—Ti—Fe元素间的吸收增强效应,方法的精密度相对标准偏差低于0.9%,测量值与实际值的最低相对误差小于1%。
It created a mathematical analysis model according to non - standard samples theory of FP method and gained the key s of the model such as mass - absorption coefficients and factors. Meanwhile, we applied it into EDXRF analysis process. In experiment, a series of Fe - V - Ti pseudo - ternary system samples were analyzed with an energy dispersive X - ray analyzer based on a SDD and each elementg content of the samples were cal- culated via the FP calculation procedure. The result shows the mathematical analysis model can overcome the absorption -enhancement effect among Ti V, Fe elements well and the lowest relative error between and actual value is I% and the deviation of the accuracy is no more than 0.9 %.
