基于电容积分法测量原理,利用32位微控制器STM32F103控制双通道双切换积分(Dual Switched Integrator)芯片DDC112,配合电路防泄漏电流工艺设计,实现双通道fA(飞安10^-15A)级微弱电流的连续测量。利用单芯片DDC112实现I/V转换,并提供20位数字输出,使系统具有电路简化,分辨率高,干扰噪声低等特点。该系统测量分辨率达到1fA,测量时间范围:50~1×10^6 us,电流量程可在5×10^4-7×10^9fA范围内通过设置积分时间进行选择。
