虚拟仿真教学是现实实验教学资源的重要补充，通过建设该教学平台，可以达到有效整台并优化实验教学资源，推进仪器设备及优质资源共享，进一步提高实验教学信息化管理水平的目的。但在实际建设中却存在着经费不足、专业人才缺乏、管理困难等诸多问题，文章以咸阳师范学院化学与化工学院为例，在充分论证虚拟仿真实验室建设的必要性的基础上，对建设中存在的问题进行了分析并提出了对应的解决方案。
英文摘要：
Virtual and simulative teaching is a kind of important supplement for actual experimental teaching resources. Through constructing the platform of virtual and simulative teaching, the goals of integrating and optimizing experimental teaching resources, promoting the sharing of instruments and other high quality resources, improving information management level of experimental teaching could be achieved. But, there are many problems in practical construction process, such as budget shortage, lacking of professional talents, management difficulty, and so on. In the paper, taking School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in Xianyang Normal University as an example, the problems in the construction process of virtual simulation laboratory were discussed and some solutions were put forward based on sufficiently demonstrating the necessities of construction.
