将层次分析法与灰色关联分析法相结合,评价吴淞口挡潮闸3个备选方案对通航安全的影响。首先通过专家调查法,并对相关资料进行综合分析,确定吴淞口水闸建设工程方案通航安全影响评价指标,然后运用层次分析法计算各指标权重,最后利用灰色关联分析建立灰色评价模型,得到关联序,定量分析各方案在通航安全影响方面的优劣,得出最优方案,为吴淞口建闸方案的确定提供依据。

英文摘要:

The paper is aimed at introducing its work in choosing the best alternative among the three for Wusong Port sluice construction on grey comprehensive assessment( GCA) in view of the navigation safety valuation of navigation safety. It is just for this purpose that we have taken the hierarchy process and the grey relational analysis method as our evaluation tools and the nucleus of the comprehensive assessment method,for the navigation safety influential factors of each alternative can be analyzed in detail.And,truly speaking,the specific analysis processes we prefer to take can be stated as follows: first of all,in order to determine the navigation safety influence of the evaluation indexes on the construction of the project,we have done a comprehensive analysis on the related information and data by using the expertise,and then confirmed the relative quotients of all the index factors with the AHP method,eight key evaluation indexes in regard with the navigation safety and their weight coefficients,all of which has enabled us to establish the top three vital influential factors,including the difficulties and the inconveniences in the ship maneuvering,the turning angle of the sailing and the width of the navigation hole,etc. And,in the end,we have set up a grey evaluation model based on the gray correlation analysis method and the correlation order,which are oriented to aim at making a comparative analysis of the pros and cons of the various plans from the perspective of the navigation safety warranty. What is more,we have also recommended an optimal project in accordance with the calculation results of the aforementioned comprehensive assessment model,that is,the third construction project plan,which has been thought of as the optimal one as compared with the other two ones. Thus,it can be seen that the results of this research can help to work out a series of reinforced measures in determination of Wusong Port sluice construction plan.
