根据合适的到达航空器之间的安全间隔,构建了近距平行跑道容量评估模型,通过比较一降一起和两降运行模式下的近距平行跑道理论容量,并结合simmod仿真软件对实例模拟仿真,得出了近距平行跑道运行容量在低能见度离场较多时段时最佳航班运行模式采用一降一起运行模式中的航班一降两起方式,其余时段采用经典的航班一降一起方式。
英文摘要：
This paper locate a research on the operation mode to closely spaced parallel runways through assigning appropriate seperation to arrival aircrafts.By constructing closely spaced parallel runways capacity evaluation model and calculating,then comparing capacity to closely spaced parallel runways of one departure after one arrival,two arrivals,and combined with simmod simulation software,it comes out that the better operation model to closely parallel runways in poor conditions is theoretically the two departures after one arrival of one departure and one arrival mode during the departure-peak period and other period remain use one departure after one arrival.
