发现和解决飞行冲突是保障安全飞行的关键环节,也是空中交通管制员的核心任务。为探索管制员在调配飞行冲突时的注意力分配情况,利用Tobii TX300眼动仪记录了20名被试在解决飞行冲突时的眼动数据。采用动态兴趣区划分的方法,将雷达显示界面划分为8个区域。通过马尔可夫链理论计算被试者在不同兴趣区间注视的一步转移概率和平稳分布。结果表明:无论是熟练管制员还是非熟练管制员对飞机标牌的关注度都要高于飞机本身,对进场飞机的关注度都要显著高于离场飞机;熟练管制员并不是一次注视就能获取足够的信息,需要多次连续重复的注视,非熟练管制员注意力分配不合理,对飞机信息关注过少,不能很好地判断冲突点位置,导致其管制效率较低。
This paper intends to report our investigation results on the relation between the distribution of the air flight controller attention and the controlefficiency. As is known,it is the key problem to ensure the safety of flight by timely finding problems and solving the flight conflicts,which should be the chief mission of the air traffic controllers and calls for the controllers to be highly concentrated and able to distribute their attention timely and reasonably. In order to make a detailed exploration of how for them to distribute their attention when it is necessary to solve the aircraft flight and operation conflicts,we have adopted Tobii TX300 eyetracker to make the recordings of the eye-movement data of 20 such air-flight controllers and attendants. On reliance of the visual information sources and the method of dynamic interest area classification,we have divided the radar displaying and scanning interface into eight branch-areas,including six dynamically interestingones and two statically interestingones. The eye movement information of the controllers and attendants are to be recorded while the method of Markov chain has to be used to analyze the singlestep transition probability of the visual survey data in various visual areas. And,afterwards,based on the results of one-step transition probability,it comes to the need to work out the stationary distributions of the inspection points of the attendants. Thus,the experimental and observation resultsprove that all the attention paid to the aircraft labels both from skilled and unskilled air traffic controllers turns to be higher than that to the aircraft icon itself.Besides,the attention paid to the flights to be arrived at or under way should be higher than that to the departure ones.
