目前大型枢纽机场因恶劣天气等临时突发事件引起的航班备降情况日益严重,因此研究其到场航班的备降策略日趋紧迫。针对大型枢纽机场到场航班的备降场分配问题,以备降总时间最小为优化目标,提出基于线性规划的备降场分配模型。通过对危险天气下首都机场真实航班运行数据的仿真计算,验证了该模型的有效性,优化后航班备降总时间减少了9.7%。
Currently, flight alternate is a growing serious problem in large hub airports due to temporary emergencies like severe weather, so the research on the alternate strategy of large hub airport arriving flights is more and more pressing. By taking the minimum alternate time as the optimization objective, an optimization model based on linear programming is proposed to solve the allocation alternate airports problem for arriving flights of large hub air- ports. The model is then verified by real operational data of the capital airport arriving flights under bad weather. Experiments show that the optimization model is effective. The whole flight diversions time is reduced by 9.7 % after optimization.
