浮式液化天然气(FLNG)生产储卸装置的装卸载系统是海上液化天然气(LNG)生产链的重要组成部分.由于作业环境和传输介质的特殊性,传统的流体传输和LNG码头装卸并不满足其要求.为研究流体温度的变化对管网内部LNG流动状态的影响,首先确定FLNG装卸载系统风险特性参数的计算流程,应用相关公式和数据进行编程计算,得到单时间节点各舱液货泵的流量、管网各节点的压力和温度,然后结合边界条件的变化,将此瞬时装卸工况的求解方法推广至整个装卸载过程,由此确定LNG传输过程中流动特性参数的时历变化关系.该模型的计算结果与实际装卸过程基本符合,说明该计算方法对FLNG装卸载系统风险特性参数的研究具有一定的可行性和准确性.
The off loading system of floating LNG (FLNG)production storage and offioading is an important part of offshore LNG production chains. Because of the particularity of operating environment and conveying material, the traditional way cannot meet the requirements of transporting of liquid and offioading on dock. For studying the influ- ence of the changes in fluid temperature on the state of LNG flow within the pipe network, tile calculation flow of the risk characteristic parameters of FLNG offioading system is determined and programmed with correlative formula and data. The liquid pump flow of the tanks, the pressures and temperatures of each node in the network (single time node) are obtained. Then this instantaneous-condition calculation method is extended to the whole process of loading and unloading, and the calendar relationship of the flow characteristic parameters during the LNG transit is con- firmed. The results of the model are in accordance with those of the real processes of loading and unloading, which shows that this computing method is feasible and accurate in the research of the risk characteristic parameters of FLNG offioading system.
