在海底管道维修中,设备的恢复状况有限,不合理的维修策略往往会导致维修过剩或者维修不足,影响经济效益.为此,建立了单部件系统在不完全维修条件下的最佳维修费用率的数学模型,得到了设备劣化状态分布的概率密度函数.根据连续的Gamma分布,对海底管道的劣化过程进行了应用研究,将预防性维修和故障性更换相结合,给出了模型的数值算例,通过对无限使用期下费用率的灵敏度分析,验证了方法的适用性和可靠性.
In the submarine pipeline repair process,limited equipment recovery and unreasonable maintenance policy often lead to bad maintenance and poor economic profits.For single-unit system,a new mathematical model under imperfect repair was developed for the best maintenance expense ratio,and the probability density function of degradation state distribution was obtained.Application studies for the deterioration process were conducted based on continuous Gamma distribution,and by combining the preventative maintenance and replacement due to failure,the sensitivity of long-run cost was analyzed numerically.The simulation results prove the applicability and reliability of the optimization model.
