基于高科技企业数据,检验了社会网络、知识分享意愿与个人创新行为的关系,井将组织二元学习纳入其中,探究它对上述变量之间关系的影响。实证结果表明,社会网络分别对知识分享意愿和个人创新行为具有显著影响,而且知识分享意愿对个人创新行为也有显著作用。二元学习对社会网络与知识分享意愿关系的调节效应显著,其中探索式学习起到负向调节效应,而利用式学习起到正向调节效应,但二元学习对知识分享意愿与个人创新行为关系的调节效应不明显。最后对研究结果进行了讨论并提出了未来可能的研究方向。
Based on the data of new ventures, this paper tests the relationship among social network, knowledge sharing and working performance and dualistic learning is introduced to test its moderating role among the relationships. The empirical study show that social network, knowledge sharing and working performance are significantly related with each other. Dualistic learning has positive moderating effect on the relationships between social network and knowledge sharing, in which exploration learning has a negative moderating effect, and exploitation learning has positive moderating effect. But dualistic learning has no positive moderating effect on the relationships between knowledge sharing and working performance. Finally discussions and implications are addressed.
