厘清城市居民通勤出行特征,揭示其内在规律,为解决城市交通问题提供重要依据。基于天津市居民通勤特征调查,综合考虑智能手机信息化效应,建立结构方程模型,分析城市居民通勤方式选择的典型特征及其影响因素。结果显示：城市居民的个人属性、家庭现状、住房类型、职住地附近公共交通环境等因素对居民通勤方式与通勤时间作用显著,现阶段地铁分担率较低,公共交通线路和站点覆盖不足;智能手机的信息化效应对公共交通模式较为显著,对居民通勤时间、路线选择具有显著影响。最后提出相应对策建议：优化城市公共交通系统、促进职住平衡、减轻低收入群体通勤负担、加快智能交通系统建设等。

英文摘要：

Clarifing the characteristics of urban residents commuter travel and revealing its inherent laws,is an important basis for solving urban traffic problems. Based on the survey of residents commuting characteristics in downtown Tianjin,through considering the information effect of the smart phone and constructing the equation model,this paper analyzes the typical characteristics and influencing factors of urban residents＇ commuting mode. The empirical results are as follows： First,the factors such as personal attributes,the situation of families,types of housing and public transport characteristics in the vicinity of residents＇ work and residence have a significant effects on commuting mode,time. The sharing rate of subway is low,and the mass transit lines and the site coverage are insufficient. Secondly,smart phones have a significant impact on the public transport mode,and also have a significant impact on residents＇ commuting time,route choice. Finally,the article puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,the policy maker should take countermeasures to optimize the mass transit system,promote job-housing balance,reduce the commuting burden of the low income groups,speed up the construction of intelligent transportation system.
