针对传统的推进式和框式搅拌器在用于高黏度物料搅拌时存在搅拌范围小、死角多和物料自动爬升等问题,提出一种新型的螺旋式搅拌器,介绍该型搅拌器的设计方法,给出螺旋线的理论方程,运用Solidworks建立搅拌器的三维模型并进行流场分析和数值模拟。结果表明:该搅拌器能够在较大范围内进行搅拌,并克服了物料的自动爬升现象,为多功能食品搅拌机的结构设计提供了一定的参考。
The traditional propeller agitators and gate agitators are used for stirring high viscosity materials. However, those agitators have many disadvantages, such as small scope, many dead angles and climbing by the pole automatically. Giving these disadvantages, a new screw agitator has been put forward. The structure design and helix theory equation of this new agitator was employed. 3D model of the agitator are set up though the application of Solidworks. Meanwhile, the flow field analysis and numerical simulation are also presented. It is shown this type of agitator can stir the materials in a greater scope. At the same time, it can overcome the shortcoming of materials automatic climbing. It pro- vides structure design for multifunctional food blenders.
