Logic signal measuring is very important in the field of electric signal measurement. By analyzing the application of FPGA in measuring signal using logic analyzer,implementing highspeed signal sampling and storing in FPGA. When the sampling process is finish, MCU reads the data and processes the data and finally displays the result on LCD monitor. The PCB product can be made,and it can measure 5MHz logic signal. The design takes full advantage of FPGACs highspeed processing. capability to make up the deficiency of MCU in measuring high - frequency signal.
