随着信息技术的不断发展与教学理念变革,采用线上线下自主学习的新型教学方式——"翻转课堂",为教育改革和创新型人才培养提供了新的实践思路。翻转课堂经"西路东进"落户中国,其主旨是利用信息技术和个性化培养,调动个体行动者,培养学习者的创新能力,重构教学双过程,进而形成开放性知识。作为教学改革中的新生事物,在与传统课堂教学对接与碰撞中也存在课堂教学形式化、知识碎片化、学生发展两极化等"水土不服"现象,值得关注。
With the development of information technology and the reform of teaching concept, a new course mode of autonomous learning online or offline called flipped classroom provides a new way for the teaching reform and the cultivation of innovative talents. It was introduced to China from western countries and now is developing in China. The purport of flipped classroom is to use information technology and cultivation of individuality to arouse the students' zeal, reconstruct the teaching process, and develop the students' innovative ability to form opened-knowledge. As a new thing in the process of the teaching reform, the combination of the flipped classroom and tradition has revealed some problems, such as classroom formalization, fragmentation of knowledge,polarization and so on.
