目的 调查杭州高校在读学生生殖健康知信行状况.方法 2012年4~12月采用整群随机抽样的方法对杭州9所高校的在校大学生进行问卷调查.结果 只有22.4%的学生能准确计算出安全期,知道紧急避孕方法的学生占21.9%,知道我国重点预防的所有性病的学生只有3.5%.63.9%的学生想了解性心理卫生.大学生最希望获得的生殖健康知识的途径是讲座（44.5%）.只有26.6%的大学生认为开展生殖健康教育会增加性行为的发生.结论学生对生殖健康知识的需求较大.大学生在进入社会之前,大学有义务对其进行生殖健康知识的教育.
英文摘要：
Objective To survey KAP about reproductive health of college students in Hangzhou. Methods Apr-Dec in 2012,selected students of 9 colleges by icluster random sampling received survey. Results The 22.4% students could calculate safety period accurately. 21.9% students knew methods of postcoital contraception. 3.5% students knew all of focus on prevention venereal disease （VD）. 63.9% students whished to know psychological health. The most popular method for students to know psychological health was a course of lectures （44.5%）. Only 26.6% students thought pro moting reproductive health would improve sexual behaviour. Conclusion Needs about reproductive health of College students are large. Before they enter society, colleges have an obligation to education of reproductive health knowledge.
