目的介绍近年来重组P450BM3在生物催化领域的研究进展,为定向进化P450BM3获得催化其它底物的突变体提供参考。方法通过系统的文献调研,以近年来60余篇外文相关文献为依据进行归纳总结。结果介绍了P450BM3结构与功能关系,并对已报道的P450BM3及其突变体催化的反应进行分类与总结。结论为拓展P450BM3催化的底物谱奠定基础。
Objective To reviewthe research in the field of biocatalysis by engineered P450BM3 in recent years and provide a useful reference for the research of directed evolution of P450BM3 which can broaden the substrate spectra. Methods The literature was given based on related publications. Results We introduced the structure- function relationships of P450BM3,and summarized the reactions which have been reported by P450BM3 and it mutants. Conclusions This reviewcan pave the way for catalyzing more valuable substrates.
