目的 研究毛冬青中木质素类化学成分。方法 采用硅胶柱色谱法、ODS柱色谱法、Sephedax LH-20柱色谱法、薄层色谱法及高效液相色谱法等方法对毛冬青体积分数70%乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定分离得到化合物。结果 分离得到10个木脂素类化合物,经鉴定分别为(7R,7′R,7″R,8S,8′S,8″S)-4′,4″-dihydroxy-3,3′,3″,5-tetramethoxy-7,9′:7′,9-diepoxy-4,8″-oxy-8,8′-sesquineolignan-7″,9″-diol(1)、erythro-(7S,8R)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphe-noxy}-1,3-propanediol(2)、erythro-(7R,8S)-1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-2-{4-[(E)-3-hydroxy-1-propenyl]-2-methoxyphe-noxy}-1,3-propanediol(3)、erythro-(7R,8S)-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether(4)、erythro-(7S,8R)-guaiacylglycerol-β-coniferyl aldehyde ether(5)、Vladinol D(6)、7S,8R-dihydrodehydroconiferyl alcohol(7)、(-)-丁香酯素[(-)-syringaresinol,8]、(-)-杜仲树脂酚[(-)-medioresinol,9]、(+)-环橄榄树脂素[(+)-cyclo-olivil,10]。结论 化合物1~7为首次从冬青属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Ilex pubescens Hook. Et Am.. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by chromatographic methods such as silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH- 20,TLC and HPLC from 70% ethanol extract of Ilex pubescens Hook. Et Am.. The structures were identified on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results Ten Ugnans were isolated. The structures of them were identified as ( 7R, 7' R, 7" R, 8S, 8' S, 8" S)-4', 4"-dihydroxy-3,3', 3", 5- tetrarnethoxy-7,9' : 7', 9-diepoxy-4, 8"-oxy-8,8'-sesquineolignan-7", 9"-diol ( 1 ), erythro-( 7S, 8R ) -1 -( 4- hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl) -2- { 4-[ (E) -3-hydroxy-l-propenyl ] -2-methoxyphe-noxy } -1,3-propanediol ( 2 ), erythro-( 7R, 8S )-1-( 4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl )-2-{ 4-[ ( E )-3-hydroxy-l-propenyl ]-2-methoxyphe- noxy / -1,3-propanediol ( 3 ), erythro- (7R, 8S) -guaiacylglycerol-/3-coniferyl aldehyde ether ( 4 ), erythro- (7 S, 8R)-guaiacylglycerol-fl-coniferyl aldehyde ether (5), Vladinol D (6), 7S, 8R-dihydrodehydroconiferyl alcohol ( 7 ), ( - )-syringaresinol ( 8 ), ( - ) -medioresinol ( 9 ), ( + )-cyclo-olivil ( 10 ), respectively. Conclusions Compounds 1 -7 are obtained from genus Ilex for the first time.
