论述了企业家导向、组织学习和技术创新之间的关系，认为企业家导向能够促进企业的探索式学习和利用式学习，而对探索式学习的促进作用更为明显；而在动态性强的环境中，企业家导向型的企业在促进企业探索式学习的同时，会抑制应用式学习。探索式学习能够促进企业的技术创新，而对根本性创新的促进作用比对渐进性创新的促进作用更强；应用式学习会阻碍根本性创新而有利于渐进性创新。
英文摘要：
This paper discusses the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, organizational leaming and technological innovation. We argue that, the entrepreneurial orientation can promote both explorative learning and exploitative learning. Especially in dynamic environment, the promoting effect of entrepreneurial orientation on ex- plorative learning is more notable, and the effect on exploitative learning is limited. Explorative learning can pro- mote the technological innovation, especially, enterprise more like radical innovation than incremental innovation under explorative learning. Exploitative learning of enterprise promotes incremental innovation and limits radical innovation.
