运用定性与定量分析的方法,从资源禀赋、产业结构、经济联系、区域差异、城市发展等方面,分析了粤闽湘赣省际边界区域协调发展的基础条件,并从区域空间协调优化与区域产业协调发展两个角度,提出了粤闽湘赣省际边界区域协调发展的设想与建议。在区域空间优化重组方面提出要加强区际空间引导与规划协调,促进城镇群体空间集聚发展,形成＂韶关-赣州-郴州＂成长三角,培育具有点轴结构的枢纽区域。在区域产业整合发展方面提出要明确产业发展的目标定位,促进区域产业结构的优化升级,通过合理分工和组建大型企业集团推动产业协调发展。
英文摘要：
The region in inter-provincial boundary area of Guangdong-Fujian-Hunan-Jiangxi is a support area of outward development of Yangtze river delta,Zhujiang delta and Minjiang delta metropolitan region in the future.The paper analyse the basic condition of coordinated development in the inter-provincial boundary area of Guangdong,Fujian,Hunan and Jiangxi by the methods of qualitative and quantitative analysis,from the aspects of resource gift,industry structure,economic contact,regional difference,city development and so on.The paper puts forward the tentative ideas and advice of coordination development from two angles of regional spatial restruction and regional industry coordinated development.In order to optimize regional spatial structure,effective measures should be taken to strengthen regional planning guidance and space coordination,to promote the development of spatial concentration of city cluster,to form ＂Shaoguan-Ganzhou-Chenzhou＂ growth triangle and to raise nodal region with pole-axis structure.Meanwhile,for the aim of coordinated development of regional industry,it is important to define specifically targeting of industrial development,to optimize regional industrial structure,and to promote coordinated development of industry through the rational division of labor and the formation of large enterprise groups.
