选取兰新沿线为研究区域,利用加权平均旅行时间为指数模型,定量分析了铁路提速对沿线节点城市可达性的影响。结果表明:铁路提速极大地压缩了时空距离,可达性大幅提高,缩小了沿线地区的交通区位差异,但不同阶段可达性演化特征不同,1994--2000年间可达性提升幅度较大,2000--2010年间变化幅度较小,这与铁路提速的幅度不同有着密切关系。同时铁路提速促使新的经济增长极的形成,推动腹地地区经济发展。
Choosing the Lan-Xin Line as the research area, by using the weighted mean travel time as indica- tor, this paper quantitatively analyzes the accessibility impact of the railway on the major cities. The results show that: increasing speed greatly reduces the station temporal distance, greatly improves the accessibility and reduces the differences between traffic area along the railway, but evolutionary characteristics of accessibility are different in different stages, the years of 1994--2000 increasing by a big margin; 2000--2010 years only a little changing, this is closely related to the different amplitude of the railway. At the same time the increasing speed of the railway forms a new economic growth and promotes the economic development of hinterland area.
