县域交通优势度与经济潜能测度及空间格局演变研究

县域交通优势度与经济潜能之间具有密切的联系,客观评价甘肃省县域交通优势度与经济潜能,有利于促进二者协调发展。在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,通过构建县域交通优势度与经济潜能综合评价指标体系,对2005—2012年甘肃省87个县域进行评价,并采用地理加权回归模型探讨二者之间的空间相关关系。结果显示:1受地形的影响,甘肃县域交通优势度呈现出"核心—外围"模式,核心区以兰州为主向外围逐渐递减。2县域交通优势度差异显著,其中陇中地区的交通优势度最高,并且交通优势度受交通线路的影响较大。3县域经济潜能空间上也呈现出明显的"核心—外围"模式,研究期间,各县域经济潜能值有很大的提高,但"核心—边缘"模式总体格局没有发生变化。4地理加权回归模型显示交通优势度与经济潜能呈正相关关系,回归系数空间上呈现出由中部向西北、东南2个方向递减。据此提出各地区应充分利用交通优势,规避区域交通劣势,促进区域经济发展。

There was a close relationship between transportation superiority and economic potential development, objectively evaluate the transportation superiority and economic potential in Gansu will help to promote the coordinated development between them. Based on the relevant results, an establishment of indicator system which could synthetically evaluate the level of county transportation superiority degree and regional economic potential were built to appraise the 87 counties in Gansu Province during 2005-2012, and geographically weighted regression (GWR) model was used to analyze the spatial correlation between them. The results show that: (1) Affected by topography, the transportation superiority shows a core-periphery structure as a whole, and Lanzhou as the core area gradually diminishing to the periphery. (2)The county transportation superiority degree regional disparity is remarkable and Longzhong area is higher than other areas, and transportation superiority degree is strongly influenced by the main traffic lines. (3) The county economic potential regional spatial distribution also presents an obviously core-periphery structure, during the study period, each county economic has improved a lot, but the basic pattern of core-periphery is not change. (4)The GWR mode indicates that there is an obviously positive correlation between transportation superiority degree and economic potential, and the regression coefficient spatial presents from center diminishing to the direction of northwest and southeast. Thus, all local governments should depend on the actual situation and make full use of the advantage or circuit the disadvantages of transport to promote regional economic development.
