牦牛是青藏高原高寒草地牧区畜牧业发展中最重要的畜种。作为当前遗传育种的热点,分子标记技术已被广泛应用于牦牛分子育种研究中。为此,本文以影响牦牛生长发育、肉品质、繁殖和泌乳相关的基因为切入点,结合现代DNA标记与起源进化分析,就牦牛分子标记研究的最新进展作一综述。
Yak is the most important livestock of indispensable key breeds for the development of modern husbandry in Alpine Pasture area of Qinghai Tibet Plateau.As the hot spot of breeding and genetics,molecular marker technology has been widely used in molecular breeding of yak now.Therefore,in this paper,the latest advancement of molecular markers in yak were reviewed involving numerous key candidate genes associated with growth traits,meat quality traits,reproduction and milk production traits as well as origin and evolution of yak.
