硝酸还原酶活性高低可反映植株营养状况和氮素代谢水平。该研究表明,从不同基因型平均看,冬小麦硝酸还原酶活性在返青期、拔节期、开花期和灌浆期对氮反应明显,即施氮硝酸还原酶明显增加且以开花期增加幅度最大,而苗期氮对硝酸还原酶活性基本没有影响。从氮水平及各生育期平均看,冬小麦叶片硝酸还原酶活性在基因型间的差异达显著水平,其顺序为9430〉偃师9号〉西农2208〉小偃6号〉陕229〉NR9405.
The performance of Nitrate Reduetase Activity (NRA) in plant leaf reflects the status of nitrogen metabolism. This result showed that the response of NRA to nitrogen of different genotypes of winter wheat varied at regreening stage, jointing stage, flowering stage and grain filling stage. The NRA was clearly increased in the treatment of N-fertilizer and the peak of that was at flowering period and almost no effect at seeding stage. According to the average of different levels of N fertilizer and stages, the NRA in leaf of wheat was significantly different arrmg various genotypes and its order was as follow:9430 〉 Yanshi 9 〉 Xinong 2208 〉 Xiaoyan 6 〉 Shah 229 〉 NR 9405.
