建国以来,东北三省的矿业城市向全国各地提供了大量的矿物资源和原材料,为国家的经济发展做出了巨大贡献。伴随着矿产资源的逐步枯竭,这些城市在经济、社会及环境等方面相继陷入困境。本文回顾了东北三省矿业城市的发展历程,分析了其目前发展所面临的现实困境,提出了实现可持续发展的调控策略：加快产业转型,建立完善的社保体系,加强环境治理和保护。
英文摘要：
Since the founding of our People＇s Republic,mining cities of three provinces in northeast china have provided mineral resources and raw materials to all over the country,which has contributed greatly to the economic development of the country.Accompanying mineral resources run out,these cities have run into trouble in economy,society and environment.This paper reviewed the development process of mining cities of three provinces in northeast china,analyzed the difficult situation of development and put forward optimization strategy of sustainable development,which include the following：accelerate industrial structure adjustment;build integrated social security system;strengthen the repair and protection of environment.
