针对声环境质量评价中存在的问题,提出了一种结合级别特征值法的噪声综合评价模糊识别模型,克服了传统模糊综合评价在最大隶属度原则、算子、隶属函数等方面的缺陷。利用该方法所得到的级别特征值不但反映了样本的属性,而且可以对各个样本按照同一标准进行比较。在对吉林省的实例研究中,分别求解区域噪声、道路交通噪声、功能区噪声的级别特征值,然后进行等权平均得到最终评价结果。结果显示:吉林省声环境质量自1990s以来呈明显好转趋势。
In order to overcome the problems in noise evaluation,a new fuzzy recognition model was proposed to evaluate the noise quality,which combined with the rank eigenvalues.The model overcomes some shortcomings in conventional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,such as maximum degree of membership principle,operator and membership function.The rank eigenvalues not only reflect the sample properties but also make each sample comparable to the same standard.A case study was conducted in Jilin province.In the case study,the rank eigenvalues of regional noise,road traffic noise and noise at function area were calculated.The final comprehensive evaluation was obtained by averaging above rank eigenvalues.It showed that the environmental noise quality had been improved since 1990s in Jilin province.
